- Payment is required prior to dispatch of goods
- Purchaser’s name, email, phone number and address are collected solely for the purpose of providing and delivering the order
- Credit card transactions are processed securely and no card details are stored
- A purchase receipt will be emailed to the customer and they will be notified of delivery arrangements
- Delivery time of 2 to 14 days depending on location, within the state or interstate
- A purchaser wanting to cancel their order is required to do so within 24 hours of that purchase
- Any purchaser not satisfied with goods will receive a refund for the amount paid for the product and shipping cost once goods are returned
