Nominations are now being called for Coaches and Managers for the 2015 season. All interested parties need to nominate in writing to The Secretary, Dubbo Rugby Club, PO Box 222, Dubbo 2830.

The club will be entering teams in Colts, 3rd, 2nd and First grade.

We invite your participation.

Four Central West Premierships out of the six available is testimony to Dubbo's claim to be the rugby capital of the west for 2014.

Saturday 18 October will see Rugby return to Apex Oval in Dubbo when the Country Eagles take on the Perth Spirit in the National Rugby Championship competition. The Eagles is made up of Country, Randwick and East’s players. Dubbo Roos players Peter Nau and Filisone Pauta have been on the verge of breaking into this squad but will play in the lead up game. The Country Eagles need to win to stay in the hunt for the semi finals.

The main game will kick off at 6pm and as a lead up, the Dubbo Roos and Rhinos have agreed to play for the Mark Melville Cup. This game will be made up of players from their first grade premiership winning teams and should provide a great lead up to the main game.

While the gate goes to the Country Eagles, the Bar will be run by the Rhinos and the canteen by the Roos so put Saturday the 18th October in your diary, get yourself to Apex Oval for a great evening of Rugby.
